The Grid Scene Workflow Simulator enables simulating concrete (mapped) Grid workflows, specified in XML, with a comprehensive network model based on ns-2, for which it communicates back and forth between our own task execution simulator and ns-2 itself.

A library for speeding up Grid service calls with SCTP |

This library can speed up Java web applications (and consequently Java based Grid applications) by facilitating the usage of SCTP instead of TCP; the speedup is attained by exploiting SCTP's multi-streaming and unordered delivery to avoid TCP's head-of-line blocking delay.

Bulk Data Transfer Scheduling |

jBDTS is a service for Bulk Data Transfer Scheduling which gives users, applications or middleware the possibility to specify transfer requests as transfer jobs, and ensure a transparent control of them. jBDTS implements a multi-interval scheduling algorithm which minimizes the congestion factor of the network.
